On Thursday, February 16 at 5:00PM, get an inside look at the Broadway production of the humorous and heartbreaking Pulitzer Prize-winning play Wit, with cast members Cynthia Nixon, Greg Keller and Carra Patterson. The conversation is hosted by WNYC's Amy Eddings.

MTC's Winter Benefit is an intimate musical event that brings you Broadway's brightest stars for an exclusive one-night only cabaret. In the past the Winter Benefit has showcased such extraordinary performers as Christine Baranski, Laura Benanti, Raúl Esparza, Cheyenne Jackson, Steven Pasquale and Bebe Neuwirth.

Join Us for complimentary cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and lively chat with MTC artists and staff following selected Sunday Evening performances. Events are held at Hurley's Saloon for Friedman shows, and at Faces & Names for NY City Center shows.

This past season's Spring Gala was held on Monday, May 16, 2011 at Gotham Hall. Designed with entertaining in mind, the benefit event began with cocktails and a silent auction at 7:00pm, and was followed by a seated dinner at 8:00pm and a one-night only show at 9:15pm. This season's Spring Gala will be held on Monday, April 30, 2012 at Cipriani 42nd Street. Please stay tuned for more details about this exciting event.

In addition to Manhattan Theatre Club’s annual Winter Benefit and Spring Gala, MTC hosts a series of benefit events called Special Nights on Broadway, which raise critical funds for MTC’s leading work in the development of new plays and musicals. Guests are invited to join us for performances of a number of exciting Broadway productions outside of the scope of MTC’s own season.

Manhattan Theatre Club's Ernst C. Stiefel "7@7" Reading Series, formerly known as 6@6, is an annual series of rehearsed play readings dedicated to the support and development of innovative new work. Since 1999, plays developed through these readings have gone on to full productions at MTC, elsewhere in New York and around the country.
